CaliSchools is a brand-new initiative that Calisthenics Victoria is introducing in 2024. 

School Programs: 

An experienced and qualified calisthenics Coach will attend your school and run the session/sessions. Children will encounter a welcome, introducing them to our unique Australian sport, a full body warm-up follow by an introduction to calisthenics skills (which can include rods and/or clubs) and finishing with a fun routine which incorporates different calisthenics items. Depending on the allocated time, we also have some short video resources for the children to watch to see calisthenics in action on stage.

We bring everything with us, we only require a space big enough so the children can move around safely.

We have a few different options available. 

1 - Incursion to your School

2 - Either a 4-, 6- or 8-week program

Sessions usually run anywhere from 45min-1.5hours depending on the time slot you have available.
